At Sofa Easy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide professional upholstery cleaning services and the best possible results for every customer.
Service Results
Due to the nature of upholstery, carpet, mattress, and vehicle interior cleaning, Sofa Easy cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, discoloration, or permanent damage.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must contact Sofa Easy within 48 hours of service completion.
Re-Clean Policy
When appropriate, Sofa Easy may offer a re-cleaning service before considering any partial refund.
Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been completed as agreed are generally non-refundable. Results may vary depending on fabric condition, age, previous treatments, and the type of stain or odor.
